    Follow the steps below to do this properly:

    Switch off the printer first. Next, disconnect the USB cable from the printer. Give it a few minutes. Again connect the cable to the printer. Turn to your HP Printer, and then remove the cover. If you require assistance, go to the HP printer filter failed
